* as i mentioned, this plugin [https://wordpress.org/plugins/post-auto-expire-control/](https://wordpress.org/plugins/post-auto-expire-control/) * promises to do exactly what i need, set an expiry date for X time after the badge has been awarded, email the user when it’s about to expire, etc but is no longer supported, dunno if it may give a good starting point for you though?
