 * That is a good one!!! Clearing the browser data (Chrome). It also worked for 
   me also on another issue. I use the ‘Block Navigation’ a handy plugin for Gutenberg,
   but it no longer showed in the sidebar. Clearing the cached images and cookies
   from Chrome brought it back.
 * Perhaps more Gutenberg issues can be solved by this?

 * I unstilled and reinstalled the Gutenberg plugin. It did the trick for me.

   worked around the problem. From wplocal, I exported the site with Duplicator 
   PRO, then created a new site from scratch in wplocal, installed the duplicator
   plugin at this fresh site and imported the site again. Apparently, I lost some
   unwanted luggage/code during this exercise😉

   Yes, they are gone, and I am not using the ‘top toolbar’ mode. The up/down buttons
   work for just moving up or down but keeping the up/down button pressed and drag
   does not work either. But it is quite strange. Not only drag and drop is not 
   possible, but also the plugin “Block Navigation” does not work. I use [https://localwp.com/](https://localwp.com/)
   to build the site locally and then I have the problems. However, after migrating
   the full site with Duplicator PRO to the live site, all works fine on the live
   site also after updating the Gutenberg plugin. Locally, updating gives is a problem.
   I’ll check with localwp to.

 * Seem issue on my side after updating. V9.1 in WP5.6 still works, but 9.5.2 does
   not. Holding down the up/down arrows does not work either.
