Thanks. Will also add the topic there.
Thank you @psykro.
This functionality is a different that was I need.
I need the ability to exclude only the current post from the Query Loop on the post. For example: I have a post (called “Super Cat”) at the bottom of that post I have a related post Query Loop that pulls the latest three post, I need the ability not to include the current post (called “Super Cat”) in the related post Query Loop.

Thank you… Looks like the problem was with object caching in W3 Total Caching
Store transients in database
Thank you for the fast response.
Further investigation into this and I have found that the Country: Canada, City: St. John’s. is not available in the recent plugin update. I can not select the city from the live widget location list (see attached screenshots from the reference sites on your WP plugin page). I do see the “St. John’s Canada” available in the list options in the WordPress plugin widget but the data is not accurate (also see attached). I do however see accurate data for Vancouver. Please advise. Are you able to see accurate data for Country: Canada, City: St. John’s. ?

In reply to: [WordPress Gallery Plugin - NextGEN Gallery] Show gallery descriptions
More details in addition to above….
I see that a lot of people are struggling with this, so I will share my solution in very simple terms, but in an “understandable” way:
Just make a copy of your gallery.php file (located within the view folder which is located in the Next Gen Gallery directory; the path is something like: YOURDOMAIN.COM/WORDPRESS_INSTALATION_FOLDER/wp-content/plugins/nextgen-gallery/products/photocrati_nextgen/modules/ngglegacy/view/GALLERY.PHP)
Let’s name it gallery-new.php. Open the file with any text editor or Sublime, and paste this echo to the title and description (just paste it below this line):
<div class=”ngg-galleryoverview” id=”<?php echo $gallery->anchor ?>”>
<?php echo $gallery->title ?>
<?php echo $gallery->description ?>
You can also add a “Go Back to Galleries” button by adding a very basic line of code:
Save your file and upload it.
HERE IS THE “TRICK”:
Log in into WordPress, in the dashboard, select the Gallery icon (Next Gen Gallery’s icon, more specifically > GALLERY SETTINGS > NEXT GEN BASIC THUMBNAILS).
And here is the simple solution: just select your template in the TEMPLATE menu (right below Show Slideshow), in this case select gallery-new.php, then save the changes and you’re done! 🙂
