 * To FTP on you localhost you will need to setup a FTP Server, try the FileZilla
   server, [available here.](http://filezilla-project.org/download.php?type=server)
   Here’s how [to set it up](https://www.howtogeek.com/140352/how-to-host-an-ftp-server-on-windows-with-filezilla/)
   
   Then your FTP address will be “localhost” with the user & pass that you setup
   in the server, you can also assign the default folder. I don’t use “local by 
   Flywheel” but these are the steps for regular localhosts such as XAMPP & UwAmp,
   it should be the same.

 * Thank you for the feedback, it helped me solve the issue.
    I added the JS file
   into the function so it would load into the admin header for the dashboard, and
   now it works well. `<script type='text/javascript' src='../wp-content/plugins/
   simple-ajax-chat/resources/sac.php'></script>`
