 * Well, since this plugin does not appear to be working as described since banning
   ip addresses and ip ranges doesn’t work, I’ve decided to uninstall this plugin
   and simply use a .htaccess file which works much better.

 * Mine is definitely checked, and it shows up checked each time I add a new IP 
   address and click the Save Changes button – but it’s clearly not working…
