 * Thanks Steven, I may take a look at doing that if I get a chance.
 * Actually, I was able to find another plugin that handled this for us, although
   it’d still be a really nice feature to have built in.
 * For those that might find it helpful, this plugin works well to handle the featured
   image automatically:

 * In the settings, add the ‘sermons’ type to those post types that will be processed
   and also mention the custom field (_ctc_sermon_video) in the configuration. Going
   forward, if you update/save a sermon and have not manually set a featured image,
   it will pull it from the youtube link provided. Another really nice feature is
   that the plugin has a “bulk update” capability as well. This will let it scan
   all existing sermons and pull the image in without you having to do each one 
   manually. A word of caution: this does take some time depending on how many sermons
   you have already. I’d suggest setting the plugin to ONLY handle sermon posts 
   before doing a bulk scan and then resetting to anything else you’d like supported
   after the scan completes.
