 * Could we get some input on this from SupportCandy? Is there another way to import
   tickets from a CSV file?

 * I took a look at the access_log file and noticed that xmlrpc requests were being
   made. I followed the steps found at this [blog ](http://www.blogaid.net/disable-xml-rpc-in-wordpress-to-prevent-ddos-attack)
   which allowed me to turn xmlrpc OFF.
 * I realize that turning xmlrpc off has other ramifications, but I am not receiving
   ANY brute force logins any longer. Yay!
 * I was able to confirm that xmlrpc was OFF by using the following site: [http://xmlrpc.eritreo.it](http://xmlrpc.eritreo.it)
 * Thanks for the assistance!

 * The additional plugin I am using is “Protect WP-Admin” which blocks attempts
   to access /wp-admin or wp-login.php by redirecting back to the home page.
 * How can I determine where the Sucuri “Failed Login” attempts are coming from?(
   for example, if they are XMLRPC requests)
