 * Yurri,
 * When anyone with the role editor or any of the other roles that should have
   access to WP-Admin selects the “Dashboard” option, the screen flashes and takes
   them right back to the main page. No menu items appear. I also tried using the
   direct URL for WP-Admin as you recommended, but with no effect.
 * One of the capabilities the editor should have is the ability to send emails
   to our members. When I log in using my test account that is configured as an
   editor and contributor and then type in the direct URL for the specific capability
   of sending an email, the browser defaults back to the main page of the website.
   Even though “dashboard” and +NEW (post, media, and so on) options are available
   for these roles.

 * Yurii,
 * Thank you for your response. making sure that “can access WP-Admin” was one
   of the first things I validated when trying to figure this issue out. It is partially
   working because the team members who have been given editor or contributor access
   get the admin bar across the top and the “hello” with their name, but no matter
   what selection they make, such as add a new post, nothing happens. They can click
   all day long on the selections in the drop downs and nothing happens.
 * Open to any other recommendations as to where to look.
 * Thank you again for responding.
