 * Thanks for reaching out. Right now, the plugin does not have a built-in way to
   generate a Bill of Lading (BOL) from within WooCommerce when R+L is selected.
   At this time, merchants would need to continue creating the BOL manually through
   R+L’s system after receiving the order.
 * We know this is an important part of the freight workflow, and adding BOL-related
   functionality is something we have plans to look into in the future. We appreciate
   the feedback, especially since it helps us prioritize the features merchants 
   need most.
