In this case, the ticket was auto-closed, and because of that we did not receive the remaining requested details or updates needed to continue debugging the issue. Please make sure you are using the latest version also make sure to deactivate the other third party custom fields plugins. The problem occurred because our plugin was not fully compatible with the latest LearnPress version. LearnPress 4.x introduced a new **value** column in the `learnpress_question_answers` table. Our importer previously did not support this field, which caused the imported answers to miss the required unique identifier. * We have now updated the LearnPress import structure and modified both the **INSERT** and **UPDATE** queries to include the `value` column. After implementing this fix, the import process works correctly. * There is no need for you to make any changes from your end — everything should now function as expected.
