 * I had already done that, and just heard their reply. I didn’t have the ‘update’
   button checked in Genesis in my dashboard, and therefore was not aware that this
   theme needed updating before I updated to WP 4.7. 4.7 needs 2.4.2 version of 
   Genesis to work properly. I checked the button, got the update, all is well. 
   Sure wish I could have found this very simple info somewhere hours and hours 
   ago. Thanks for your help. Hopefully this post can help someone else in future.
