 * The only thing I would add is that the functions.php in in the wp-includes file.

 * I don’t know if this helps, but I just found out that this issue is
    only occuring
   in Internet Explorer 7. I haven’t tried it in Explorer 6.0 but it does work fine
   in Firefox, Netscape and Opera.
