In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] OG / Twitter tags on CPTOh of course, I have Sharing and Publicize turned off. How quickly we forget things!
I added
add_filter( 'jetpack_enable_open_graph', '__return_true', 100 );
to my functions.php and now all is well! 🙂@sixaxis The author of Phoenix Media Rename has released an update which should fix the issue, and as such won’t be in conflict anymore with Shortpixel.

In reply to: [Phoenix Media Rename] Conflict with ShortPixel Image OptimizerYay, this is great news! Thank you so much, @crossi72 ! I’ll update my previous thread and let them know. Thanks for the responsiveness!
I’m asking them if they can change their plugin to account for this:

In reply to: [Phoenix Media Rename] Fatal error on Multisitein the end, they said it wasn’t as simple as just deleting the plugin folder
@jaegadigital Hmm, I’d like to know why not, because in my case, it definitely was that simple. I did it like 4 times just to be sure, before opening this bug report! You should ask the developer what the complication was; if it was a legitimate complication, then that might serve as useful information to the plugin author. 🙂

In reply to: [Phoenix Media Rename] Fatal error on Multisite@jaegadigital I don’t think insults are necessary here.
To regain access to your network admin, you can delete the plugin via SFTP or your control panel’s file manager, in the /wp-content/plugins/ folder.
Thanks! Well, it’ll remain a mystery, then, as to why Jetpack’s RP were showing up. Maybe I had some code deep in the bowels of my custom theme that was doing it, who knows. Thanks for the reply, marking as Resolved! 🙂

In reply to: [WP Job Manager] Geo location data intermittent issueThat’s very odd! Is there any difference in how they were created? You mentioned “when saving the job in the backend and the geo data is added”.. Can you provide more details about how these jobs are being created, exactly?

In reply to: [WP Job Manager] Search FieldWell, like I said, it worked fine on my test site, I was able to select a Sub-category in the Add New Listing screen. Therefore, there must be something on your site that’s conflicting, so you’ll have to experiment to find out what.

In reply to: [WP Job Manager] Slow image upload for listing submissionHi!
You mentioned:
2) Yes the same happens when I edit a listing and here upload gallery images
But I had specifically asked about posts or pages, not job listings; if it’s happening with posts or pages as well, then we’ll know that the issue is not limited to just WPJM and the job listings, and that it’s something else on the server. So, can you confirm whether or not this happens with posts or pages on the site as well?

In reply to: [WP Job Manager] Search FieldHi! I’m unable to reproduce this on my test site; the subcategory appears as expected. It’s possible that there might be a conflict with one of your current plugins or your theme.
Try disabling all of your plugins except WP Job Manager (and add-ons). Then try testing again to see if the issue persists. If that resolves your issue, you can find what was causing it by enabling each plugin one by one while continuing to test.
If that doesn’t help, you can also try switching to the Twenty Sixteen theme via Appearance > Themes, and test again. If the issue is resolved then you know it’s a problem with the theme, and you’ll need to contact the theme author for further assistance.
Let us know how it goes.

In reply to: [WP Job Manager] Geo location data intermittent issueHi! As a first step, can you share a link to one where it worked, and where it didn’t work? Thanks!

In reply to: [WP Job Manager] Hide/Disable Apply button on specific jobsHi!
The only real option is to select the “Position Filled” option for that job in wp-admin; this will display a “This position has been filled.” on the job listing itself. Does that work for you?
