 * This is a HUGE issue. I just need ONE CUSTOM FIELD to place a Nurse’s LICENSE
   NUMBER. I need this for compliance with California State Law.

   Regulations Division 14. Board of Registered Nursing Article 5. Continuing Education
   16 CCR § 1458 § 1458. Course Verification. (a) Approved providers shall issue
   a document of proof, i.e., gradeslip, or transcript to each licensee to show 
   that the individual has met the established criteria for successful completion
   of a course. (b) A certificate or diploma documenting successful completion shall
   contain the following information: (1) ***Name of student and registered nurse
   license number or other identification number.***
 * We already have the License numbers collected in the database, we just cannot
   get them onto the Certificate!!!
