 * Ah, you can exclude pages specifically to accomplish this. It seems there is
   no way to exclude a template though. Excluding a Page can accomplish the same
   thing though with a little more work.

 * That is one great answer and that makes perfect sense. It would be interesting
   to see some analytics on how many people really do have it pre-cached before
   they get to our site. As an aside do you know of any way to detect if a cached
   version is being used (Client side JS library maybe)?

 * From reading around it seems there is a conflict with W3TC but that it was resolved
   in an earlier version. Is there still a conflict?

   updating this plugin. All of the comments on your WP install weere disabled?
   Are you using a specific gallery plugin?

 * rex,
    Yes, that feature is actually on my todo list. I would expect to see it
   in the next update. I am getting so much feedback on this thing I actually am
   designing a way to formally track feature requests and bugs. So updates may come
   a little slow (about a week or two).

 * Nice! Sorry, I still hadn’t got around to this. I like this solution. At some
   point I will probably add this to the core of wp_super_faq but in the meantime
   I will pass this info along to others who had the ame question.

 * [@omni](https://wordpress.org/support/users/omni/). You were right about the
   duplicate IDs! The solution I am going to use is just to have them have different
   on the heading and answer. Your tip was a life saver as I was struggling to find
   out what was going on.

 * Jarrod,
    Do you have a link to your site? That seems like a different issue then
   the previous IE7 bug I have heard.

 * leenab,
    Hmmm, so another issue I have with an image is how to deal with the
   color of the image. The way it currently works that should change with the color
   of the font.

    - I think I will add using images as a shortcode option. I.e. [wp_super_faq
      useimages=true]. Does that seem reasonable to you? That way, it would be backwards
      compatible for people already using the plugin.
    - Let me know if you find out something with the IE issue. I will check it
      out too but I don’t have great access to Windows at home lol. Sorry about
      the trouble but I can make these changes ASAP.

 * Thanks for reporting this. Sorry about te delay in getting back to you. I was
   hoping to avoid using images at all with this but maybe I can add a check to
   see if the symbol exists and if not then use the image. I just feel like if I
   put an image there it will increase loading time as well as increase the number
   of CSS issues with the plugin. What do you think?

 * I think I have fixed this problem in the 0.5.4 version of the plugin. Sorry for
   the trouble.
