 * Problem solved. The custom post type sections caused the problem. I contacted
   the themify theme and they suggested to disable the sections display and instead
   use their Builder to create the home page.
 * The new version of the theme in fact disables Section post type (see: [http://themify.me/blog/section-post-type-removed-parallax-flat-theme](http://themify.me/blog/section-post-type-removed-parallax-flat-theme))
   and uses Builder to create the page.

 * Yes, my theme uses custom post types. Besides the standard ‘posts’ and ‘pages’,
   the theme has ‘sections’, ‘highlights’, ‘portofolios’ and ‘teams’.
 * My problem appears in the order of ‘sections’. I don’t use the other custom post
   types, so i don’t know if the problem appears there too.
    The theme I am using
   is ‘parallax’ by themify.
