 * After I reloaded all files in wp-admin/includes directory as well as all files
   in the root directory (containing install.php)
    The error massage that I am getting
   is changed…>> Now I am getting two errors…>>

   mbmnews.com/newsletter/wp-admin/install.php on line 10
 * I have no idea as to what I am dealing with. Please help!
