the status off all orders, depending on if it has been shipped or if we are awaiting the specific product to arrive. * I have also tried navigating to “Import historical data”, but whatever time frame I select – nothing happens, the start button is not clickable like on your screenshot and the Status is “Nothing to import”. * The main problem remains – all manually added orders via the backend are not included in the stats… We have started doing them this way about 10 days ago, before that – we were adding them like regular customers from the frontend, but we believe this is wrong, since it might affect advertising pixels (Google Ads, FB Ads, etc)… * Since then – all of the reports are wrong, missing orders and we cannot see the real figures… * Just to make sure, this is how we are Thank you [@judagutor](https://wordpress.org/support/users/judagutor/), but we have already tried clearing the cache, but unfortunately it didn’t help. Still the manually entered orders via the backend/panel are not included in the Woocommerce stats, nor the graph, but when you are on the page with the list of the amount of orders for each day and you have lets say 50 orders including 5 manual – it shows 45 but as soon as you click on the number 45 – 50 orders are displayed… Still not included in the graph and the total amount for the day and for the month… * Please, Woo developers, help… Viewing 4 replies - 1 through 4 (of 4 total)
