 * We have the same issue. We bought the plugin as their site clearly states ‘Try
   It Now Risk-Free for 30 Days’. However, I have contacted them several times with
   no reply.
 * I have also asked our accounts department to chase and they have also been ignored.
 * Did you get your money back?
