 * Thank you for the quick reply.
 * To clarify, the time displayed is an estimate from the host server and represents
   a delay from the host. The time display issue is cosmetic, and the plug-in is
   working as intended. So the backups are not being delivered on time due to an
   issue with the host?
 * The site owner is curious why her backups seemed to have stopped and I just want
   to have the correct answer for her.
