You need to go into the db & delete it there. Unfortunately, you’ll delete everything. Be sure to document ALL the crons you created so you can re-create them. It was how I had input each item & the envelopes. I didn’t realize I needed to enter the maximum width of an envelope in order to get the calculation. Makes sense, but for me it wasn’t intuitive. Based on the weight & size of what I’m trying to order, the system SHOULD be able to tell that my order can fit into a First Class large envelope.
