 * Okay so I just looked this up; and just so I understand; I can fill in the recipe,
   remove and then insert it back in? Where does it get stored?

 * I don’t care about crossposting, I can do that myself but then how do I get my
   posts out to my subscribers? will it work in Mail chimp?
