I followed your instructions and sent another help through the premium. You guys emailed me back to ask for credentials. I sent that. And as of yet, a day later, I still have heard nothing back. So I sent them another email today. Nothing. I have no idea if they are getting the credentials, looking at things, or just ignoring me.
