 * Yes, the ‘sign up for more’ section with the mailchimp form shouldn’t have a 
   white background.
 * This is the CSS I have implemented and isn’t showing:

 * I did exactly that. I have a feeling it’s the plugin I’m using that’s the problem
   then. I’m using Customer Area.

 * The website address was the same. The new host is TSO host and I have been in
   contact with them to see if they can help but they are unsure.
 * The original owners are hard to get in touch with. I had a feeling previously
   the DNS settings were pointing to wordpress but I cannot be sure. Either way,
   I changed the DNS settings to wordpress and that did not help.
