Thanks, I did manage to find the “Submit Actions” after all that. Funny how I missed it – perhaps some tweaks could be made to the UI to make it more obvious. Once I selected it – then the email option became available to me.
Just a quick follow up question. If I have the pro version installed, I can remove the free version now right? It doesn’t need them both to be installed (e.g. like Elementor does)?

In reply to: [WP2Static] Elementor publishing issuesI did swap out the latest version of the plugin from Github. Did have some promising results actually! The hero header background I was having issues, came through without having to use all the custom CSS. Be great when it can be made an official update on wordpress.org!

In reply to: [WP2Static] Elementor publishing issues@dogsbreath totally understand what you mean now. I was using composer and wp packagist to grab the latest version from the wordpress.org directory and did not realise that there is more recent version in github.
Will have to track it as a separate custom plugin in my workflow then 😉 and see if it resolves this issue. @leon good move to get rid of the FTP option – I was looking at it and had serious concerns about the security of the deployment feature.

In reply to: [WP2Static] Elementor publishing issuesNo I am using latest version (6.6.7). I did notice the issue in older version several months ago when I first tested this plugin out on my blog though (but I put it down to the complexity of my blog).

In reply to: [Elementor Website Builder] Jetpack image gallery conflict with ElementorNeither. It’s actually the core wp settings. Jetpack just adds the option in there when it is installed.
Please remove this, posted to wrong support forum and I cannot delete

Update: The only way I found I could stop the error message and fix my layout issues, was to “Disable JavaScript processing” in the FVM options. It appears likely that this may be an issue with the FVM plugin and NOT Elementor.
I am having same issue when I update Elementor to latest version. It appears to conflict with the caching of the FVM plugin. To get around it, you either have to disable the FVM plugin or not update Elementor to the latest version. I can’t figure out another way through yet. However, if you view your pages when logged into dashboard, they appear fine. But when you view them in another browser of ‘incognito’ certain css animations do not work, styling is missing, etc. I have tried numerous times to purge the cache but it is not working.

In reply to: [Elementor Website Builder] Jetpack image gallery conflict with ElementorI found out the issue finally (when I was not looking for it). For anyone else out there who doesn’t want mosiac auto applied to their image galleries, go to Settings > Media and uncheck the option that says ‘Display all your gallery pictures in a cool mosaic.’
Problem solved

In reply to: [SG Optimizer] Conflict with Elementor pluginYeah that probably had something to do with it. PHP7+ are way more efficient, faster and lighter on server resources than 5.6 was. No sites should be running on 5.6 these days (unless there are some dependencies that haven’t been patched yet).

In reply to: [SG Optimizer] Conflict with Elementor pluginYup that looks right. The refresh is easy, just hold down the SHIFT key when you click on the refresh button in your browser.

In reply to: [SG Optimizer] Conflict with Elementor pluginAlmost. It appears as if you have nested an <IfModule> tag inside itself.
Please close the first tag and then make a carriage return space and past that code separately.Hope you know what I mean.
You will also need to do a hard refresh on your browser to see any changes. Make sure you have any caches purged as well.

In reply to: [SG Optimizer] Conflict with Elementor plugin@mirademeterphotography if you have a file manager on your host control panel, you should be able to edit the .htaccess file. Or you can go through the WordPress “trac” to find the previous version of the SG Optimizer plugin and install it.
If you need some help with editing the .htaccess file, reach out to me privately on https://coolwebs.com.au or https://facebook.com/izzcoolwebs

In reply to: [SG Optimizer] Conflict with Elementor pluginOk with a hard refresh, @hristo-sg your solution appeared to work. I suspect it is a memory/resource issue? What does that line of code in .htaccess do anyway? It appears to me it allows a 10MB character limit length – which is HUUUUGE!
Is there any potential downside to this bit of code effecting my site or using up too much server resources now?
A quick google search has told me that Visual Composer, DIVI and some other page builders have experienced similar issues. Yeah this tweak makes the page load much faster in Elementor editor – would just like to know what it actually does.

In reply to: [Elementor Website Builder] Using responsive background imagesJust checked my mobile, I think it happens automatically. However, would be nice if I can tweak the settings for mobile myself. I found my background images blown up much too large on smartphone and also pixelated. Most times do not look good at all and I’d rather swap in just a color background for smartphones….
