 * The developer that maintained this has left however we will review the plugin
   over the next week or so and update you. There should be no security issues as
   this uses the built WordPress functionality which is always maintained.

 * Sorry for the lateness in replying. Thanks for getting back to me.
 * The site url is set to https
 * Toggling the generate critical css in Background does not make any difference
   unfortunately.
 * Loading the page still has nothing between `<style id="litespeed-optm-css-rules"
   ></style>` but when I am logged in the critical css is there.

 * Version 1.2.0 of the plugin now includes support for the Excel Export extension
   and is fully compatible with WordPress 4.9.1
 * Support for extensions will need to be added on a per extension basis, as each
   extension has their own set of possible permissions.

 * We believe that we have identified what the problem is and have implemented a
   fix.
 * This seemed to occur if a role was updated in Permissions Editor for Ninja Forms
   after that role had been edited or removed via another plugin (such as User Role
   Editor), or custom code.
 * Installing version 1.1.3 should fix this.
