David, I was wondering if I could get your assistance with the same “Access denied” error that I’m receiving with the plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/seamless-donations/. I’ve tried all of the steps above and it has not resolved the problem.

To verify, I’m using Seamless Donations 4.0.13, I’ve watched the video at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n8z0ejIEowo, and I’ve tried clearing the cache and history on two different browsers (Chrome and Safari) on my Windows laptop and Chrome on my iPhone. The form and integration with PayPal has worked in the past, with the last successful donation on 2015-05-18.

In each troubleshooting case, I fill out the Seamless Donations form on our site at http://classroomofthefuture.org/donations/, click the DONATE button, then I get redirected to a page /wp-content/plugins/seamless-donations/seamless-donations-payment.php with a white screen that says “Access Denied.”

In the logs, each failure has the same details…
