I have fixed the issue. The problem is I used “Everyone” in the “Allowed Users” option on the plugin admin side. You have mentioned to use shortcode instead of HTML codes. * I just changed the code from “theme=” to “theme-switch” and it fixed the issue. I have cloned my client’s website and set up a new website in our staging area. I am still facing the theme switch issue. I have deactivated all the plugins and checked the PHP version of both live and staging area but no luck so far. * I even checked the browser console and I have not found any issues with jQuery. I am digging into the plugin files. Let me know if any solution. * Thank you in advance.
