 * Hi Simon,
 * I tried the fix above and that seems to link properly now. I actually had to 
   add the ad account first. It existed but didn’t show in that screen you linked.
   I used the previous version of the plug in the other day as well and that worked
   ok too.
 * I’ve uploaded all the products ok, but my products that have variations are a
   little odd. I’ll have a bit of a tinker with it tomorrow and see if I can work
   it out.
 * Have you got an example of what the product export CSV should look like when 
   there are products with multiple variations? Would be very helpful to me.
 * Facebook shows the variations in the catalog but the shop itself doesn’t present
   them, and users can purchase products with choosing a valid variation first
