I’m on 5.2.1 and experiencing exactly the same problem.
PHP version is 7.0.33.

No, that post said that the featured content blocks on the front page appear “in Chrome but [don’t] appear in Firefox, Safari” and doesn’t mention anything to do with mobile. For me, the blocks appear on the desktop view and work fine but on mobile they appear then get removed when the second slider panel is replaced by the third.

I see that the problem even shows up in your demo: http://demo.ilovewp.com/?theme=edupress … select the landscape mobile mode (if there’s a portrait mobile mode it’s hidden by the download button).
