I have hard coded js files into WP if your giing to call the js file assrc="blah.js" then the js file need to go on the root level of your WP-site. or you can call it like src="wp-content/themes/name of the theme folder you have the js file in/your js file.js"

before you move the blog to your root directory set the location of the blog to the root level in your admin area. then when you move it everything will be setup already.
use the seo title plugin. it will help u do this all from the admin area.
look through the plugin’s there are several for photo blog’s. normally all your uploads (images, songs, movies…)need to go into the wp-content/uploads folder.
