Just to put my request in the right perspective: * I think it’s great that the plugin is really flexible. However I set up a website specifically for recipes. So it would greatly help if that site leverages the core wordpress-features to make recipe-management easy. * Regarding my “categories vs. cusine” question: Based on the way you developed the plugin: Do you think it’s hard to use the wp-categories instead of an additional“ cusine-table” to manage the cusine of the meal? * Btw: I translated 90% of your plugin but what was interesting to me is the fact that esp. the cusine/course items that I translated are still in English in the plugin. As those two fields are freetext anyway, why are those items in the pot- file? Similar to this: I also translated all the units in the pot-file. I guess many users don’t need to many options, so for a plugin author it’s important to have a straight forward solution that does the basics “out of the box”. * But having some kind of “advanced-options-section” is always great to also support the needs of additional users. Personally I could even live with some kind of config-file for a start, so you wouldn’t need to build an interface for this. * Btw: I now tested your WP Media Folder extension and it works great! Sorry for the confustion: I’m talking about “Lightroom Collections”. * It would be great if I could assign this information during the publishing process to one of the wordpress fields.
