 * Thanks olavxxx, I was able to set the left margin using that.
 * But I’m still having trouble with the right margin. Text appears to justify correctly
   as do images that are aligned to the right. However single images that should
   be the entire width of the page do not stretch all the way across when I set 
   the margin to 0.
