So, I have been doing an extensive research and lots of tests, too. Of course it was not working with all (really, ALL) the plugins deactivated nor with any of the default WordPress themes. But I finally found what might cause this issue. The version of WordPress I am using is 4.3.25. I did a quick test uploading it to 5.5.3. The good news is that your plugin ( apparently) looks like working on my site. So, if you ever find someone else with the same problem, suggest them to upgrade their WordPress 🙂 But, the issue with my site now it is that the theme I am using does not run good at all on a 5.5.3 version. I know that I need to update it soon, but I cannot do it right now since I am planning to completely change the layout. I will try to update my WordPress with a higher version of 4.3, but not the latest. I am trying to stay right below the threshold of where my site can work. * Now my question is: what is the minimum version of WordPress that Modern Events Calendar Lite Plugin can decently run? I think I misunderstood the purpose of your plugin. I am looking for a way (maybe with a plugin?) that would allow me to restrict the access of the entire site. So, only people with a specific IP address would surf my site. I tried to check into the code, but I didn’t find anything that could help me. The only thing I’m doing is setting the expiration date 7 hours forward from the date I want. In this case it “works”. But I had to remove this string from seatt_events_include.php: `Registration closes at ' . date("d-m-Y H:i", $event->event_expire) . '

';` * So, people won’t be able to see an expiration date that’s not what I want. * I think that the plugin uses the Universal Time (UTC) for the expiration date only.
