 * Hello [@petervandoorn](https://wordpress.org/support/users/petervandoorn/) [@wrconsultancy](https://wordpress.org/support/users/wrconsultancy/)
 * Apologies for not responding as I didn’t have the notifications turned on to
   this email.
 * Would anyone of you like to be added and take over the project? As mentioned
   on Home Page of [](https://opentickets.com), we couldn’t make this a profitable
   venture due to the changes in WP and WC, HOWEVER, would love to see the open
   source community keep going.
 * If either of you would like to be added to the repository, and your wordpress.
   org accounts we can make that happen.
 * I’ll also try and update the forums sticky post, but didn’t see a way to do this.
 * Please feel to reach me at michael at quadshot.com if you would like to discuss,
   and I’ll try and update forum post.
 * Peter, personal note, you’ve been a supported for a long time and appreciate
   it.

 * Hi Lina,
 * After four years of the OpenTickets project, we have made the decision to shut
   down the project effective June 25th, 2019. We have met amazing customers and
   have been impressed with the creative ways people use the software. Now that
   we have stopped selling OpenTickets Extensions and Enterprise, we will provide
   support for existing customers through the end of their current license.
    The
   decision was not an easy one. The decision came down to the major changes in
   WordPress 5.0 and changes in WooCommerce. The reality of supporting distributed,
   licensed software with those changes is that it became too expensive to support,
   with all the combinations of customer installations. Instead of distributed software,
   a few months ago we started on a completely new SaaS (Software as a Service)
   platform called EventVerve, with the same ‘no per-ticket fee’ model. It will
   be a simple subscription model. SaaS will be much easier to maintain and support,
   and you can sign-up to be notified when it launches at [https://eventverve.com](https://eventverve.com).
   We would like to thank everyone who supported OpenTickets and provided valuable
   feedback. We truly appreciate it, and look forward to those that join our new
   venture. -Michael Cremean Founder & CEO

 * Hi There, At this time Opentickets does not provide such a function as to import
   facebook events. Your events will have to be created manually within the Opentickets
   platform on your WP site. Hope this was helpful and let us know if we can further
   be of service.

 * Hello [@wp-randy](https://wordpress.org/support/users/wp-randy/)
 * Taking a look at the URL you listed in your original response, it seems that
   the ticket permalink is not set up correctly and this will cause users to be
   redirected when trying to view their tickets.
 * I created a test event and purchased a ticket. Through the email, I get a URL
   with this in the permalink:
    **/ticket/**fDM3Ni4xMDI4LjEwMX5hNWE4NTM2OGFlNjNkZjE5ZDVjNmE0NTcyYTc5OTZlZDljMzA4ZTli/?
   n=dbb90a21f7634a1348f4e8fb9cc9f89c
 * Trying setting your permalink setting to “post name” in Settings > Permalinks
   to see if that solves the issue.
 * Thanks for reaching out, Randolf! Let us know if you have any additional questions.

 * Hi Randolf, the emails are connected to Woocommerce emails so you would need
   to go into your Woocommerce Settings > Emails > and make sure that your email
   settings are correctly set-up. This should resolve your issue. Let us know if
   you have any further questions Randolf.

 * Hello There,
 * To set your first events after installing Opentickets Community and WooCommerce
   on your WordPress Installation –
    1. Create A Product 2. Create A Venue 3. Create
   your General Admission Event Area: you will select your ticket price from products
   created / enter your capacity / select the venue / optionally add an imaged 4.
   Create your Event – Add your event settings 5. Publish your event
 * You can also find great videos further explaining the process on your site –
   [https://opentickets.com/videos/](https://opentickets.com/videos/)
 * Let us know if you have any further questions.

 * Hi there, At the moment white page issue and having the use the classic editor
   is in que to updated however a release date has not yet been identified.
 * If you deactivated WorldPay and Opentickets functioned as it should, then it
   would mean that WorldPay is not compatible with Opentickets Community.
 * As you know Opentickets does not support third party plugins however feel free
   to send us a login access at [info@opentickets.com](https://wordpress.org/support/users/quadshot/replies/info@opentickets.com?output_format=md)
   and we can further investigate.

 * @jannepalmen The issue isn’t simple to solve programmatically, and here’s why:
 * Arizona doesn’t do DST. Some countries in EU also don’t honor it.
 * Since we can’t know all the possible permutations, and about 40% of our installs(
   for those who choose to share stats) are out of the US. They may or may not honor
   DST, or Summertime as it is known EU.
 * There isn’t a good solution we can accomplish, other than to provide a mechanism
   to change it all.
 * However, maybe we can figure out a ‘bulk editor’ way that is safe and could save
   times.
 * Generally, the reason we do videos is that it is much quicker to present an answer,
   than to try and write out what to do on an interface.
 * We’re open to suggestions from a programmatic standpoint if you have any.

 * [@itnico](https://wordpress.org/support/users/itnico/) With that plugin, perhaps
   you can exclude the Calendar page from Caching.
 * IF that plugin doesn’t do that, perhaps you can try WP Supercache, WP Rocket
   or w3 TOtal Cache which allow you to exclude URLS.
 * Hope this helps!

 * There is a solution to this under the individual, or ‘child’ events. (The ones
   with Permalinks)
 * Here’s a video which shows how to adjust.
