 * Thank you for your solutions.
 * I was always uploading wp-includes and wp-admin to the server when the problem
   occurs.
    Then it was solved, but continues to reappear in 2-3 days. I have now
   swithced to another host, if it still occurs I’ll try the other solutions also.
