HandySolo and Moshu,
Thank you for all your help.
I went through the configuration steps and reconfigured all the permissions on my hosted web server.

In reply to: Index.php – Empty no contentHello Moshu,
allow me to elaborate, that statement was made with reference to the plugins.
I confirmed that the plugins were not activated. As an additional failsafe I renamed the directories of the plugins in the wp-content/plugins location. (This was done to ensure that the plugins would be deactivated for sure – it might have not been necessary).
Yes, I am on an IIS hosted service, I am searching for fixes. The hosting service’s KB does not have any thing on WP fixes.

Warning: main(ABSPATHwp-includes/wp-db.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in D:inetpubtharakanvarkeyblogwp-settings.php on line 72
Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required 'ABSPATHwp-includes/wp-db.php' (include_path='.;c:phppear') in D:inetpubtharakanvarkeyblogwp-settings.php on line 72
This might explain more
