Hi
This may be due to caching of the subscriber count. When I checked now, it seems to be working fine. We also tested your installation and subscription worked fine.
Further, I see now your sending is also working fine. If you still have an issue, please use care@pushengage.com or live chat (on weekdays) and we will be happy to help you.
Thanks for choosing PushEngage.

RaviCan you please update to latest version of the plugin, and let us know if this is fixed.
We noticed that you have been gathering subscribers with another tool, but in a non portable manner. We wrote about how to gather subscribers portably here – https://blog.pushengage.com/the-complete-guide-to-implementing-browser-push-notifications-without-a-vendor-lock-in/

RaviOur Answers are with [Ans]
When a subscribers click accept push message, is that counted as a free click? –
[Ans] No, this is not counted as Free ClickOr after that when you send a push message and the read and click?
[Ans] Yes when user clicks on push notification that is counted towards your limit. Can you try this free 1 month with 1000 subscribers sending 10 notifications? Or is that counted as 10000 clicks?
[Ans] Yes, you can try. If you send to 1000 subscribers 10 notifications, it would be maximum of 10,000 views/impressions if all see it, but it wouldnt mean 10,000 clicks as clicks would be your click through rate. How can you use 120 notifications to 2500 subscribers without using up a free click? Can you send notifications without the action needed of subscribers having to click?
[Ans] If you have fewer subscribers you can send 120 notifications a month as well.
No you cant send a notification with a URL for clickingFree plan as a life time total of 5000 clicks.
We clearly state our Free plan is limited to 2500 subscribers as well as 120 notifications per month. In a lifetime we offer upto 5000 free clicks.
We are a business and have to have limits on any of the free plan.

We offer extensive API for PushEngage at https://www.pushengage.com/api/ which we recommend for building custom code. Please use those.
Internal WordPress API’s are not meant for external direct use, and will not be supported for backward compatibility. We have shared this with you many times and sharing it in public forum again.
Why would someone not use the public API’s which are meant for developers is something we dont understand.
We offer extensive API for PushEngage at https://www.pushengage.com/api/ which we recommend for building custom code. Please use those.
We will definitely improve on that.
If you can email us at care@pushengage.com and share what you are trying to add, we might even consider having it part of the core plugin (if applicable for all).
