 * I ended up not uploading video. My webmaster showed me how to upload video using
   FileZilla. I was able to upload a large video (I do not remember the exact size),
   but the video is VERY slow on my blog. Too slow to use.
 * I ended up uploading the video to Youtube and then embedding it in my blog. Works
   great – look great and very fast.
 * Not sure if it is of anyhelp to anyone, but the issue for me no longer exists.

 * I hope this reaches you, as I am new to WordPress and not a programmer.
 * Anyway, I am having problem doing superscript in my post. I want to do 10 to 
   the power of 4. When I put <sup> on both side of 4, the computer seems to add
   additional <sup> on each side of my <sup> and all of a sudden my subsequent texts
   became very small. Can you help me resolv this issue?
 * By your first post, there seems to be a way to put superscript and subscript 
   buttons on the Post Editor? Can you show me how?

 * However, the size of my video upload is restricted by my blog (WordPress, 8MB?),
   not my web host. My Web Host allows me 10GB and no limit on each upload. Do I
   still ask my Web Host?
