 * I have set the old site files back live, but the wordpress site won’t function…

 * And now that I changed my theme directory, I can’t access the site!
 * The homepage works, but none of the other pages… I get a 404. How can I at least
   get back to where I was?

 * I can’t get through step 8, that’s when I get the error message.
 * Deactivated all the plugins and tried again, still stuck at 8 – same error message.
 * Renamed the theme directory and still got the same error at the same place… I’m
   stuck?

 * Yes I moved it back because it wasn’t working, I did try that guide and am getting
   that error

 * I figured it out – talked to the theme developer. Had to go into the FTP file
   and delete that function. all good now
