 * Hello [@gilles24](https://wordpress.org/support/users/gilles24/),
 * We have transferred legacy translation files to WP languages directory so that
   existing translations should not go missing. We are not sure what happened in
   your case but rest assured, we’ll help you to recover the translations. Please
   create a ticket on our website if not already created, one of our support will
   be in touch as soon as possible.

 * Hello [@rafasshop](https://wordpress.org/support/users/rafasshop/),
 * Thank you for reaching out. We apologize for the delay in our response; we discovered
   that your recent email was incorrectly routed to our spam folder.
 * To ensure we can assist you promptly, our team member, [@miliighe](https://wordpress.org/support/users/miliighe/),
   has manually created a support ticket on your behalf. You should receive a separate
   email with the ticket details shortly. We have also added your email address
   to our trusted contacts to prevent this from happening again.
 * We investigated why you might have been unable to create a ticket on our website.
   The most likely reason for both the website access issue and the email being
   marked as spam is that your IP address may have been flagged by our security
   systems. In such cases, our server’s firewall automatically blocks activity to
   protect our platform.
 * If you face this issue again, you could try accessing our website from a different
   network (e.g., a mobile network instead of Wi-Fi).
 * Please rest assured that we are committed to resolving your issue. Our team will
   follow up with you through the new support ticket.
 * Best regards,
 * The SupportCandy Team
