 * Spent a bit of time on this today and appears to be a caching issue. I have now
   prevented the cache plugin from caching the booking page which will hopefully
   resolve the issue

 * Thanks for getting back so quickly. I found the solution just before you responded,
   the Admin notification had been switched off by another user which caused the
   admin email to be hidden on the location pages. Once I switched them back on 
   I was able to re-add the admin email for each location and the started to receive
   notifications again.
