 * The hosting company has told me this:
    `The problem is caused by the fact that
   you created multisite and most likely made confusion in the privileges. You'd
   better turn to the wordpress programmer`

 * Go to /wp-content/plugins/wp-customer-reviews/include/templates
 * There is html files.
 * Change there all what you need, then Deactive/Active plugin and all will be okey.
