 * I would like to add the Cart/Account/Checkout shortcuts into the bar at the top
   of the page – next to the phone number and e-mail address.

 * The theme is I-craft, can’t remember where I got it from.

 * The theme only allows one menu at a time, and I’ve chosen that menu for product
   categories. Since I can only create one, the Account/Cart menu does not exist.
   I wanted to add these options via coding, since there is still some space in 
   the nav bar. You can see the page at:
