 * Same problem here. Went to two different favicon creator sites, downloaded then
   tried uploading to my website BirdsWeSee.com into the plugin but does not show
   up. Agree, if code has to be added, what is purpose of plugin? Any help appreciated,
   using WP 3.3.1

 * I installed, activated, created a page, placed [display_faq] in the box and published.
   All I see on the page I created is exactly that: [display_faq]. I’m using WP
