 * The process to apply for payments through the Prodigy Commerce platform is very
straightforward. The one-page form should only take 5 – 10 minutes for a business
   owner to complete.
 * All payment processors require some basic information about the business and
the owner in order to comply with federal regulations. Once we’ve received that
basic information from the owner, we select the payment processor we believe
is best suited for their business, and send the owner a link to review and electronically
sign the application with that processor.
 * 95+% of the applications we submit are approved by our payment processors the
same day. The vast majority of applications that are declined are typically for
reasons such as: invalid information (e.g., typos), wrong address (e.g., maybe
they have operations in multiple states), selected the wrong entity type (e.g.,
S Corp instead of LLC), business is not in good standing (e.g., Involuntary Dissolution),
and sometimes it’s a case of fraud.
 * It is true that payment processors will not disclose the reason(s) why an application
has been declined. That’s because if it is a case of fraud, they don’t want criminals
to learn and get better. We know the typical reasons applications are declined
because we personally reach out to business owners to discuss the information
they provided. Sometimes we’re able to satisfy the processor with the corrected
information. If not, we take ownership of completing a fresh application with
another well-suited processor since we already have all of the necessary information.
 * It’s unfortunate that you declined to accept our phone calls or respond to our
emails. A few minutes of engagement would likely resolve this issue and get your
business approved for processing. If you wish, please feel free to get in touch.
We would be happy to help you.

 * The Prodigy Commerce plugin and our hosted eCommerce platform is a completely
distinct alternative to WooCommerce. As such, our plugin should be installed
on a fresh instance of WordPress or after uninstalling WooCommerce. Our Setup
Wizard guides the installation process, during which our optional demo can be
launched with the Astra theme if the goal is to try out our plugin and platform.
 * Best practice with WordPress is that you should never install any plugin on a
live site just to try it out, and you should always back up any live site before
   installing any plugin.
 * We do not send promotional emails. To allay this erroneous concern, we have deleted
   this store and account.

 * Hi Scot. We are working on a redesign of our marketing website that will include
a working demo early next year. I will update this ticket when that is ready
and give you a link. Thanks for your interest!

 * Hello @wudman,
 * Thank you for the valuable feedback.
 * The features that you are hoping to see are all on our roadmap and coming soon:
    1. Bulk Product Delete – coming in a few weeks.
    2. Product SEO – also coming in a few weeks; we will provide the ability to edit
SEO attributes on the Edit Product page.
    3. Product Bundles – coming later this year.
 * Thanks for the note on the banner Shortcode. We didn’t document it because it
was really just meant to be a demo. We expected that it would be deleted and
   replaced as you did.
 * We’re glad to hear that our Shortcodes are working well with Divi. We are working
hard to make our plugin compatible with a wide variety of themes.
 * Please let us know if there is anything else that we can help you with as you
build your first Prodigy Commerce store.
 * The Prodigy Team
