 * No, it only happens to her sometimes and I just tested it copying from word >
   notepad > wordpress and it was fine. Which is why it’s so puzzling.
 * I just chatted with her on Skype with screen sharing and watched what she did
   and I couldn’t see anything wrong with what she was doing.

 * One thing I forgot to add, is that I do this same technique myself for “cleaning”
   text and it works just fine for me with no problems. :/
