 * Hi, I’m receiving a similiar problem. I installed WordPress but was having a 
   problem so decided to reinstall.
 * When I try the …/install.php, I get the message:
    <Warning: Cannot modify header
   information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/informat/public_html/
   wp-config.php:25) in /home/informat/public_html/wp-admin/install.php on line 
   16 WORDPRESS Already Installed You appear to have already installed WordPress.
   To reinstall please clear your old database tables first.>
 * I’ve deleted the database/username and created new oness. Iv’e also updated my
   wp-config.php file. Can anyone please offer some advice?

 * Another idea has popped up.
    I seem to recall that recently, when I registered
   this website, they might have mentioned that all scripts should be placed in 
   the cgi-bin folder. Might this be a part of the error problem if we instal the
   scripts to the root folder instead of into the cgi-bin folder?

 * One of the most frustrating experiences is to be constantly checking and rechecking
   the information you enter into the config.php file and seeing that it is correct…
   YET, the annoying error message about being unable to contact database stays 
   in your face.
 * Will someone please help with the reason why this persists even after trying 
   for hours?
