To change the settings: Dashboard > Settings > Page Builder > General > Parallax Type > Change “Modern” into “Legacy”. Hope this helps to fix this issue. One of the reasons might be a more specific selector takes precedence over a less specific one. Yes, the CSS we have provided above might work.
