 * i just reinstalled the wordpress and i am on the latest version 4.7
 * with no plugin and no themes installed, still i am having the issues ..
 * i contacted hostgator and they told me to scan for virus using virus scanner 
   in cpanel and delete the infected files
 * then find port 80 application and cpanel and enable the port 80 and other ports
   which is blocked due to virus ..
 * after doing all this
 * after 30 mins its working fine now … so anyone having this issue .. make sure
   to virus scan and cheak port 80 in cpanel if they has blocked any port …
